Atty. Dr. Bayraktar graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2004. Following the graduation, he completed the traineeship at Atty. Mehmet Ipek’s office. After he had finished the Master’s Degree programme in Economics Law at Galatasaray University Social Science Institution, he studied at the University of East Anglia, School of Law, and received an LLM. degree in International Commercial and Business Law in 2007. Since then, he has been working as an attorney at Bayraktar Law Firm. He completed his PHD studies at Yeditepe University in the field of public law. Atty. Dr. Bayraktar is a member of the Turkish Criminal Law Association and speaks English.
