Atty. Guner graduated from Istanbul University Law School in 2013. Following his traineeship at Bayraktar Law Firm, he began working as an attorney. While he is practising, he continues some academic studies.
 

Atty. Guner takes duty at the Turkish Criminal Law Association’s Board. He finished the L.L.M. programme with a thesis on “The Crimes of Game Fixing and Incentive Pay under Turkish Criminal Code” at Bahsesehir University, where he continues his PhD studies. He speaks English.
