Atty. Zulal Bayraktar graduated from Istanbul Law School in 1974. She has been a partner at Bayraktar Law Firm since its founding. She has worked in both criminal and civil law. She has worked in the Management Board of the Turkish Association of Women in Legal Profession for two terms. She is a member of the Turkish Criminal Law Association. Atty.
